Online Procedure
General Instruction
Before filling up the Application Form, please ensure your eligibility for admission as given in the Information page otherwise the application form will be cancelled and the fee paid by you will not be refunded. Neither any intimation will be sent to you, nor will any correspondence be entertained in this regard.
Please take 1 Printout of Admission Form (GKD Academy Copy) put your signature and paste passport size photograph on the printed Application Form and send it to the following address.
Attach the attested documents along with the printout of the filled in application form and get the photographs attested on the printed application form from Principal/Co-coordinator or Gazette Officer/Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
You should ensure that the particulars filled in the On Line Application Forms are correct.
Photograph: You should scan your photograph and save it in the form of .jpg file for uploading the same or for pasting the same on the printed form.
Pl. paste the photograph on the filled in application.
Fees
The fee can be deposited Through Bank Draft of any Nationalized Bank of India only in favour of GAUTAM KNOWLWDGE DRIVEN ACADEMY PVT LTD payable at Kalyan and send it within 5 days of registration Online.
Procedure for Online Submission of Application for Admission
Log onto GKD Academy web site www.gkdacademy.com
· Click the Online Admission.
· Now you start filling the form. The first is the upload your photograph. For this you have to have a .jpg file for your passport size photograph ready with you. Secondly as per the fee structure you should also be ready with the bank draft in favour of GKD Academy payable at Kalyan.
· After uploading the photo you find that the photo will appear on the online application form. This is optional if you are unable to upload the photo leave it and fill up the complete form. Just paste the Photograph on the Print out of the filled in application form. Most of the required information is taken from the list box and you have to
· just select one of them. On the print out of the Form just paste your photograph and send it.
· After that fill the address column. Make sure that you fill the correct address as per the address proof submitted by you.
· After completion of the form, you click “next” button, this will bring the pre-view of your filled up form where you can check whether all entries are correct or not. If you find anything to be corrected then click the “Edit” button appearing at the end of your application.
· This will enable you to make changes in your application and then you click “Next” button again.
· Again your application will appear in the pre-view mode and then seeing all entries correct click the “Payment Page”
· Then the payment page appears on the screen where you need to fill up the bank draft details and then click the “Payment through bank draft”
· In response to the submission an Acknowledgement Receipt appears on the screen indicating your unique Reference Number, your personal details, fees details, etc.
· Then you click the “Print the Application” button and take print out of the filled in application form and send it to the address mentioned at the Address slip along with the bank draft (Mention your Reference No. and Name at the back of the Bank Draft) and required documents. You can take one more print out for your record and reference.
· Once we receive your application and after due verification of the documents and confirmation of the fees, the status of the application will be updated on the website of GKD Academy. Appropriate communication/email will be sent out to the Students when a status change occurs
· You can see the status of your application by Use of your reference no.
· After the Verification process is completed, the Enrolment No. of the student is generated and the Identity card is printed for dispatch to the individual student. These updating are done on the Internet and also sent to the individual student through e-mail.
